Responsibilities
- Recruits and develops sources of recruitment.
- Interviews and screens applicants for open positions.
- Coordinates the processing of new employees to assure that the proper areas are notified
- Arranges all pre-employment testing.
- Ensures all data entry functions are completed to accurately reflect all employee transactions.
- Reviews all personnel actions, including merit increases, promotions and disciplinary actions and insures such actions comply with the Company governing policies, under the direction of the Director of Human Resources.
-Organizes and administers the monthly New Employee Orientation Program for the Company.
Approves and processes requests for leave of absence according to establish policies.
- Performs other duties as requested.
Qualifications
-Bachelor Degree in business administration or related field
-5 years of experience in Human Resources management
-Proficient user of MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook).
-Very good oral and written in English
