• Draft and finalize correspondence, bordereaux, internal presentations, minutes of meeting and follow up the financial matters with the Finance Team.
• Manage the file of ICRC overall field trips movement plans country wide.
• Manage all received requests for ad-hoc visits outside the monthly plans frame.
• Maintain a hard copy archive of all submitted NVs and plans along their received GLs.
• Responsible for the department stationery.
• Ability to capture trends and events in relation to ICRC movements, security and impact on ICRC operations and thus draft relevant analysis over it with proper diagrams, maps and charts.
• Conduct data analysis to extract meaningful insights from various data sources, identifying trends, patterns, opportunities, and support decision-making.
• Translate into English /Arabic.

• University degree or equivalent in English Literature, data analysis, translation or Business Administration.
• Good command of English and Arabic.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, SharePoint and IBM Lotus Notes.
• Five years' experience in a secretarial preferably with analytical tasks.

Permanently present in Syria since 1967, the ICRC is a neutral, impartial, and independent organization with an exclusively humanitarian mission. The ICRC works closely with and supports the Syrian Arab Red Crescent (SARC) to meet food, water, and health needs of people affected by the fighting in both emergencies and to help them start rebuilding their lives. The ICRC works to restore links between families who have been separated by the conflict and migration, visits a number of prisons, promotes respect for international humanitarian law. The ICRC also provides advice and support to local authorities and forensics practitioners in managing human remains with respect and dignity.
